The process of manufacturing a complete set of equipment for the biomass plasma gasification unit with synthesis gas production and subsequent electricity and heat generation has been implemented according to the customer's specifications and all industrial safety requirements established by federal laws and other regulatory legal acts, as well as the customer’s special requirements of industrial safety. FACTORY TESTING AND ADJUSTMENT, ROMANIA, 2015.
Factory testing has been carried out to determine the operability of plasma gasification unit components and the unit’s readiness for shipment to the place of installation and operation for further testing and operation by the customer. As a result, the following has been checked: completeness of plasma gasification unit set, the quality of manufacturing, assembly, and debugging of unit components in accordance with the required parameters, the sufficiency of the specified safety measures for unit operation, the operation of protective devices or electrical interlocks, compliance of technical characteristics of components with the requirements of technical specifications and design documentation, the correct interaction and functioning of unit components, the sufficiency and completeness of operational documentation content, as well as transportability; the volumes of commissioning and acceptance testing of plasma gasification unit at the site of installation and operation have been clarified. Biomass plasma gasification unit with synthesis gas production and subsequent electricity and heat generation has been prepared for transportation by rigid metal packaging, protection against condensation and water vapor by adding special reagents and packing the plasma gasification unit in a tight film with removal of free internal air. The plasma gasification unit has been taken out of the test shop and loaded on a motor vehicle for subsequent delivery to the customs terminal and shipment by motor vehicles in accordance with the international rules of Incoterms 2010 at the customer's site. The compliance with requirements of the manufacturer’s technical documentation during installation, storage of biomass plasma gasification unit with synthesis gas production and subsequent electricity and heat generation at the customer’s site during installation supervision, commissioning and complex testing of biomass plasma gasification unit through technical guidance and monitoring by supervisory personnel of the manufacturer, as well as qualified and operative resolution of the issues arising during installation of the equipment, is ensured. The compliance of biomass plasma gasification unit’s actual indicators with guaranteed performance and adjustment of the operating instructions for biomass plasma gasification unit with synthesis gas production based on the results of testing and adjustment is ensured. Qualified personnel, who have studied plant documentation through special theoretical training, practical training and testing of knowledge of general industrial safety requirements established by federal laws and other regulatory legal acts, as well as special industrial safety requirements, are trained. -
