Design Engineer, Production Engineer
Overview: Development of preliminary and technical projects of particularly complex structures at the level of the latest domestic and foreign science and technology achievements, ensuring the compliance of structures developed with performance specifications, state standards (EU, US and EAEU standards), safety standards, technical aesthetics, ergonomics, requirements of the most cost-effective technology, as well as the use of standardized parts and assemblies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Development of preliminary and technical projects of particularly complex structures at the level of the latest domestic and foreign science and technology achievements, ensuring the compliance of structures developed with performance specifications, state standards (EU, US and EAEU standards), safety standards, technical aesthetics, ergonomics, requirements of the most cost-effective technology, as well as the use of standardized parts and assemblies;
- Drafting general layout and theoretical linkages of individual components and assemblies based on the concepts and preliminary designs;
- Carrying out complex technical, strength and other required calculations on projects;
- Preparation of operating instructions designs, explanatory notes thereto, specifications, test programs, and other technical documentation.
- Other works on the department’s profile.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Higher technical education (Aviation, space and technical universities or analogue);
- Experience of working as designer in mechanical engineering is required – 3 years and more;
- Familiarity with CAD-systems (2D, 3D): SolidWorks and Unigraphics;
- Knowledge of Unified System for Design Documentation, acting EU, US and EAEU standards, regulations, procedures and guidelines for the development and execution of drawings and other design documentation;
- Knowledge of engineering calculation methods, the materials used in the structures and their properties;
- Knowledge of design techniques, principles of operation, conditions for installation and technical operation of very complex structures, their production technology;
- Attention! Experience in the design of furnaces, reactors, plasma torches and plasma systems, gas systems, power structures and thermal equipment is highly desirable;
- Knowledge of English and German (technical level) and Russian (technical and conversational level).
